East Africa’s Got Talent TV Show; Auditions, Sponsors and Hosts

East Africa is set to have the taste of the popular tv show christened as ‘Got Talent’. The show was founded by X Factor creator Simon Cowell and it currently runs across 58 countries globally with the most famous being America’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent.

The show was officially launched on Tuesday 9th April, 2019 and it will bring together talents from four East African countries; Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda as the participating countries.

Hosts of East Africa’s Got Talent

The show will be filmed in Nairobi and is set to be aired on Citizen TV and will be hosted by Kenya’s finest radio presenter Larry Asego alongside Ugandan queen of comedy Ann Kansiime.

Sponsors of East Africa’s Got Talent

The show will be sponsored by Safaricom, Clouds Media Group, KFCB among other partners  and will run for 10 weeks with the contestants going through 3 phases before getting to the finals.

Auditions of East Africa’s Got Talent

Auditions are expected to commence on May 11 and May 12, 2019, at the Kenya International Conference Centre (KICC) in Nairobi.
