Job Summary
To coordinate and supervise multiple operating media channels for HOPE MEDIA. The position reports to Head of Media.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate to ensure that the operations of HOPE FM, HOPE TV station, Creative Design, and Recording Studios run uninterrupted.

Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelors’ Degree and above in Mass Communications/Journalism/Media related Studies, Or

2. JOB TITLE: VIDEO EDITOR
Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for creatively assembling/editing raw footage into logical sequences/productions suitable for broadcasting. The position reports to the Station manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that’s suitable for broadcast.
2. Taking a brief to grasp production teams’ needs and specifications.
3. Reviewing shooting scripts.
4. Editing daily promos for the station.
5. Verify footage for archiving.

3. JOB TITLE: MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER
Job Summary
This role is responsible for creatively originating and executing broadcast designs in conformance with the broadcast visual policy of the station.
Key Responsibilities
1. Originating and ideating designs for visual assets and illustrations according to
various written briefs. E.g. Commercials and Montages for various shows and news
features.
2. Developing graphics and layouts for programs.
3. Producing station’s logos, and daily promos for both on air and online.
4. Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style,
format commercial/ads production and timescales.

4. JOB TITLE: TV PRODUCER
Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for creating and developing television content that is appealing to the viewers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Developing ideas for new and existing shows every quarter.
2. Carrying out research for various needs required by new and existing programmes.
3. Scripting for new and/or existing shows.
4. Overseeing production by managing crew and talents on location to ensure there is discipline and optimum output, calling for the camera shots, conducting interviews and handling equipment on location.

5. JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Job Summary
The Technical Assistant reports directly to the Technical Services Manager and offers
technical support to HOPE FM, HOPE TV, Hope Creative and Hope Music Studio units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for installations, setting up, and monitoring equipment performance of
Hope Media units.
2. Ensures uninterrupted Radio and TV broadcast with high quality signals.
3. Sets up and operates portable electronic logging devices (ELDs) and other related
transmission equipment outside the studio when necessary.
4. Offers ICT support at Hope FM, Hope TV and Hope music studio and provide ICT
support to Hope Media staff.
5. Performs preventive and minor equipment maintenance, using hand tools for Hope Media departments.
6. Monitors strength, clarity, and reliability of incoming and outgoing signals
continuously, and adjust equipment as necessary to maintain quality broadcasts.
7. Reads and records daily meter readings for all equipment in the station and on sites.
8. Prepares weekly and monthly technical reports for Hope Media.
9. Ensure that all Hope Media equipment including studio equipment and
computers are in good working condition both in terms of hardware, software
and Internet connectivity.
10. Ensures Hope FM signal is functioning properly before ANY scheduled program.

Job Summary

Job Summary

1. Ensure picking and dropping of learners at stipulated time and designated spots and keep the records thereof.

Job Summary
To ensure financial accountability and optimal administration for effective and efficient operation of the Assembly/Unit. The position reports the Head of Unit / Senior Pastor as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
