Kajiado county has five constituencies namely Kajiado North, Kajiado Central, Kajiado East, Kajiado West and Kajiado South.
Governor Joseph Ole Lenku was reelected to serve for a second and the last term. He sought re-election on an ODM party ticket.
Lenku managed to get 117,600 votes against his closest competitor Katoo Ole Metito of the UDA party. Metito garnered 111,725 votes.
The Woman Representative position which was won by Leah Sankaire (UDA). Seki Kanar was elected senator by garnering 125,696 votes.
Three members of parliament were elected through Orange Democratic Movement party while two were elected via United Democratic Alliance ticket.
