How to Pay NHIF Contribution Via Mpesa, NHIF Paybill Number

  3. Select the “Pay Bill” option or “Lipa na MPesa” and choose “Pay Bill.”
  4. Enter the NHIF Pay Bill Number, which is 200222.
  5. Enter your NHIF account number(ID number)
  6. Enter the amount you want to pay (minimum Kshs. 150, maximum Kshs. 140,000).
  7. Enter your MPesa PIN to authorize the transaction.
  8. You will receive a confirmation message from MPesa and NHIF.
