7 Kenyan foods to boost your brain health and memory

Most foods in Kenya are richly enriched with nutrients that are linked to a healthy brain. Others contain nutrients that enhance brain development, while some help in brain alertness and memory. If you want to boost your brain sharpness, include these foods in your diet.
