15 Foods causing cancer related diseases in Kenya

Its shocking how most Kenyans are increasingly abandoning healthy traditional foods for junk and unhealthy western type. This has greatly increased lifestyle diseases leading to an alarming increase in death rates. Most Ultra-processed foods have strongly been linked to cancer related problems.

According to the latest WHO data life expectancy in Kenya is: Male 61.1, female 65.8 and total life expectancy is 63.4 which gives Kenya a World Life Expectancy ranking of 149.
