Teachers Service Commission (TSC) does not accept manual application of advertised posts and that candidates seeking to fill advertised vacancies are required to do the applications online.
In filling the advertised teaching vacancies the Commission invites qualified teachers to submit their applications online at the TSC online recruitment portal; https://hrmis.tsc.go.ke/.
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR THE ADVERTISED TSC VACANCIES
It is worth noting that the application procedures advertised vacancies for primary and secondary school teachers are done purely online.
In this write am going to take you through step by step procedure how to apply.
Primary Teachers Online Recruitment Application Process
For a candidate who is submitting applications for the advertised vacancies in primary schools, then this is the correct procedure for you to follow;
1. First, visit the TSC online recruitment portal by using the link;Â https://hrmis.tsc.go.ke/app/login.
2. Type in the TSC No, ID number and mobile and choose your selection either
primary or secondary by clicking the drop down menu
3. The sms code from TSC Kenya will be sent to the applicant mobile phone
4. Type in the sms code and click ok.
5. Click on Apply/view. A where the applicant will fill in the details will be displayed.
6. The screens showing the list of applications done by
applicants will be displayed.
NOTE: The teacher can make several application in different counties/sub counties
Secondary Teachers Online Recruitment Application Process
If you are applying for posts in secondary schools, then you will have to follow the procedure below;
1. Visit the online recruitment portal by using the address https://hrmis.tsc.go.ke/.
2. Type in the TSC No, ID number and mobile and choose your selection i.e Secondary by clicking the drop down menu as shown below and click ok.
3. The sms code from TSC Kenya will be send to the applicant mobile phone
4. Type in the sms code and click ok.
5. Click on Apply/view. A where the applicant will fill in the details will be displayed.
6. The screens showing the list of applications done by
applicants will be displayed.
