Current TPAD
The current TPAD has received unwavering opposition from teachers as it mostly turn tutors into mere secretaries. The Union is on record urging TSC to come up with a new mode of appraising teachers.
Recently TSC and KNUT held a retreat that was meant to address issues affecting teachers. Review of the teacher appraisal was among the top agendas. Unfortunately, the retreat ended unfruitfully after the two parties took hard-line stands.
However, hope is in the offing as tsc is set to meet the union on 19th Oct.
