Just like other counties, secondary schools in Meru county are classified into four categories; National schools, Extra county, County and Sub-county. The two national school schools in Meru County are Meru School and St. Mary’s Girls Igoji. Extra county schools in Meru county are classified into three clusters; cluster one, cluster two and cluster three.
