Teachers Service Commission has instructed all TSC county directors to supervise transfer/deployment of institutional administrators.
In a circular that was sent to media, TSC has revealed that 3094 heads of institutions will head to new stations come January 2019.
“In this regard, 3094 cases of
transfer and deployment of Heads of Institution in primary and secondary
schools have been approved,” read part of the circular signed by Kihumba Kamotho who is head of Communication in the commission
The circular is dated 18th December 2018 and signed by Kihumba Kamotho, who is the commission’s head of communication, the commission instructs county directors to collaborate with relevant stake holders in a bid to smooth handing over.
The Commission further instructs TSC County Directors to ensure that handing/taking over is concluded by 28th December 2018 and a status report submitted to the Director, Staffing by 31st December 2018.
“Any issues by individual heads arising from the transfer will be handled by the receiving County Directors who have been advised accordingly,” read part of the circular
