Kenya national examination council has changed marking dates. Through a message sent to KCSE 2018 examiners, the council has requested teachers to report to marking centres on 1/12/2018.
“KCSE (2018) marking dates have been rescheduled. Report to your respective marking centres on 1/12/2018 between 4.00 pm and 6.00pm.” Read the message from KNEC.
Chief examiners and Team leaders reported earlier. The marking process is centralized in Nairobi County where centres are suitably distributed across various schools.
The exercise will be concluded mid December to allow for the results to be released in good time.
Last year KCSE candidates unexpectedly received their results prior to Christmas. Just like for the case of this year’s KCPE, KCSE is also likely to be released in record time.
