KMTC Vihiga Campus Background Information & Location

Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) – Vihiga Campus is one of the 71 constituent campuses of KMTC. The campus was established in September 2013 through an initiative between the KMTC Board of Directors and the Vihiga County Government. The first students to be admitted were the once pursuing a Diploma course in Community Health Nursing. KMTC Vihiga Campus is located at Mbale Rural Health Training Center in Vihiga County along the Kakamega- Kisumu highway. The campus currently has 336 students enrolled but the number is expected to go up in the next intake.
