A hawk-eyed scrutiny into the merit list generated by the system of Teachers Service Commission, it has come out clearly that applicants who are not in the merit list might secure employment.
Evidently, majority of applicants who have been shortlisted as top 5 are appearing in most schools that had the same combinations but different sub counties in.
Jambo News has noted that, there are schools in different sub counties of nearby counties that will conduct interviews on the same date.
This will make it impossible for invited applicants to miraculously attend two interviews in the two sub counties the same date. Possibility of this happening has been further dealt a blow owing to tough economic times.
Our recommendation is that if one did not meet the mark of being shortlisted and feels like he or she is a worth competitor, attend the interviews just to try your luck. If it happens that non of the invitees has turned up and you applied for recruitment in that school, you will thank me later.
One of the days most invitees will not turn up for interviews is the last day. This is because most of them will have secured an employment. Take a chance in the last day that is slated for Wednesday the 27th day of July, 2022.

County Selection Process and Filling of Application for Employment Forms by Successful Candidates will kick off on Thursday 21th July, 2022 and run all the way to Wednesday 27th July, 2022. This exercise will take 5 Days.
