KMTC Kangundo Campus Background Information & Location

Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) – Kangundo campus is one of the 71 constituent campuses of KMTC. The campus was started as an initiative of Kangundo Constituency in collaboration with KMTC with the sole objective of heightening access to medical training opportunities. The campus is located in Kangundo, Kangundo constituency, Machakos county, Kenya.

On 27^th June 2019 during the Board’s tour of the campus, the institution stated how prepared it was to admit more students in the September intake. With addition to that, 2 more new programmes were introduced. These are the Certificate in Orthopaedic Trauma Medicine (Plaster) and Certificate/Diploma in Community Health Nursing.

KMTC Kangundo Campus Clinical Experience Sites

The main clinical experience site used by the students here is the Kangundo District Hospital.
